The Dashboard provides a consolidated view of your 1042-S data and progress. Here, you can easily monitor and manage 1042-S data efficiently.
Dashboard Overview
1. Login to your Calculus Account
2. The Dashboard page will automatically load.
3. The page has 7 sections:
- 1042-S Imported/added - the number of 1042-S forms imported or added to Sprintax
- 1042-S generated - the number of 1042-S generated
- 1042-S paid - the number of the paid for 1042-S forms
- 1042-S e-filed - the number of e-filed 1042-S
- 1042-S rejected - the number of rejected e-filed 1042-S forms
- 1042-S accepted - the number of accepted e-filed 1042-S forms
- 1042-S accepted with errors - the number of accepted by the IRS forms with errors (specific errors with forms may not prevent the form to be accepted, but it advisable to be corrected)
- 1042-S partially accepted - the number of accepted by the IRS forms with missing data
- 1042-S amended - the number of amended 1042-S forms
- Total Records with 1042-S forms - the total number of records
- 1042-S deactivated recipients - the number of recipients records that have been deactivated
To enter these sections, click on Manage under the sections.
4. At the top you will see the following buttons:
- Import 1042-S CSV
- Add 10421-S data manually
You can either import your 1042-S data or add it manually.
Quick Links Menu
On the left you will see the quick links menu.
- Dashboard will take you to the dashboard from any screen within the system
- Imports will take you to New Imports and Imports History
- Change Recipient Email will allow you to edit 1042-S recipient emails
Form 1042-S will take you to all 1042-S list and Obsolete 1042-S list (list of generated and filed 1042-S forms that have since been amended)
At the bottom of the left-hand quick links menu you may also find a link to Settings where you can add your TCC details for 1042-S txt file and collapse the left-hand quick links menu as well as a countdown at the bottom which refreshes every time an action is taken. If screen is left idle for 30 minutes you will be logged out for security reasons.

Clicking on Account in the upper right corner will take you the following links:
- Manage Account
- Account Data
- Administrators
- Sign Out
System notifications arrive in the notification center in the top right corner.
To access the Help Center click on the Help Center icon in the top right corner.
In the Help Center you can access links to:

Sprintax Admin Help Center will take you to our platform where you can find instructional articles on the processes in Sprintax.
- Tax Treaty Engine
Tax Treaty Engine allows you to lookup tax treaties by country and income type
