Administrators with the right permissions can set the 1042s Form settings for the Institution's account.
Set 1042-S Form Settings.
1. Login to your Calculus account.
2. On the left-hand side, click on Settings.
3. Click on 1042s Form.
4. Adjust the position of the recipients' name and address on the 1042-S forms to fit the envelopes' window, if needed.
5. Fill in your TCC 1042-S data for 1042-S TXT file to be filed with the IRS through FIRE.
6. Press Save.
