Switching on 2FA for your Sprintax account ensures your 1042-S data is secured.
Once you login to Sprintax you will see the following pop-up to setup 2FA:
Click on Activate to proceed to the next screen. In the Sprintax Identity Portal, click on Add Authenticator+.
Give a name to be displayed for your 2FA in your preferred Authenticator app and click Verify.
Scan QR Code with your 1Password, Authy, Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, etc. and once your Sprintax account is added, enter the one-time passcode from your authenticator app for your Sprintax account and click Verify.
Two-Factor Authentication is now switched on for your Sprintax account.
